Five partners of the DeTOP consortium selected as Key Innovators in “INNOVATION RADAR”
Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Lund University, Integrum AB, University of Gothenburg and Prensilia, partners of the DeTOP Consortium, have been selected as Key Innovators in “Innovation Radar”, the new platform of the European Commission which identifies projects and ideas of the future.
The Innovation Radar is an initiative to identify high potential innovations and innovators in EU-funded research and innovation projects. The goal is to allow every citizen, public official, professional and business person to discover the outputs of EU innovation funding and give them a chance to seek out innovators who could follow in the footsteps of companies.
Innovation Radar identified a number of technological and scientific innovations developed in the DeTOP project, coordinated by Christian Cipriani:
- Dexterous hand prosthesis with touch and proprioception (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Prensilia and Lund University)
- Proporational and simultaneous myoelectric control (Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna, Prensilia and Integrum AB)
- Neural feedback for natural tactile sensation (Integrum AB, Lund University and University of Gothenburg)
- Osseointegrated human-machine gateway (Integrum AB and University of Gothenburg)
